Bill has many years of college, technical and professional training, and brings 27 years of thorough, full-time real estate experience to the business. Bill is a licensed real estate broker, a Graduate of the Realtors Institute, and a certified closer. He has been Associate Manager in the Minneapolis Lakes Office since 1992, and is director of the Pathways Training Program. He keeps up-to-date with advanced courses in appraising, marketing and closing.

Bill has listed and sold more than 1200 properties..more than $275 million in real estate activity. He is also a successful condominium developer and real estate investor. He is fully experienced in every aspect of business, from listing and marketing through all dimensions of financing to a successful closing.
